Our requirements:
1. Strong OOP
2. Strong Java core
3. Strong HTTP & request-response paradigm understanding
4. Strong Servlets & JSP understanding and usage in real projects
5. Strong MVC concept understanding
6. MVC java web frameworks usage in real projects (Struts, Spring MVC, JSF)
7. Application design experience. Design patterns usage.
8. JDBC and strong SQL experience.
9. Spoken English - candidate will have to communicate with customer IT team.
10. Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Will be required to work within a team of developers on all Java/J2EE aspects of the system.
2. Will also be required to work with business analysts and other groups to translate user requirements into technical solutions: they must be able to take requirements, produce high/low level designs, implement and deliver the changes to the business.
