Our Client, a well-known foreign company, world leading furniture producer is announcing an opening for Legal Specialist position.
Main responsibilities consist of but not limited to: Company support in contracting activity and other commercial relations; Contracts development upon the request of other departments;
Legal support related to the document flow in respect of signed and prepared agreements.
Major requirements: University degree (legal education); 2+ years of professional experience in the area of civil, commercial law, preparing of different kinds of commercial agreements, international contracts; knowledge of labor law is a plus; fluent English; excellent negotiation & communication skills.
