Our Client, a large foreign insurance company (Fortune 500) holding one of the leading positions in the Ukrainian market, is announcing an opening of the position CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (BACK OFFICE). Major requirements include but are not limited to: coordination of post-sales activity (agreements registration and administration); adjustment of claims / payments at occurrence of insured accidents (appraisal of damage, all procedures, including determination of terms, amount of payment, etc), establishing and monitoring company business processes. Required qualifications: University degree in Economics/Finance (additional foreign qualifications like MBA would be a plus), 3+ working experience in a good systematic company (bank, insurance company,) on the same or similar position, working knowledge of English, good PC skills; results oriented, customer-driven, able to multi-task, strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
