Position: COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT HEAD U184-CM
THE ROLE: • Сommercial department running • Material supply and logistics • Managing of economists/surveyors in relation to work with subcontractors • Work with subcontractors • Customer accounts • Reporting on commercial performance • Tendering • Warehouse control REQUIREMENTS: • Commercial experience in construction/telecommunications or related field • Experience of negotiating and managing subcontractor contracts • Experience of managing economists/surveyors in relation to work with subcontractors • Degree level BA minimum in economics or construction • AVK3 experience an advantage • Familiarity with 1C interface an advantage • English – high level, and Ukrainian or Russian
