Position: SENIOR SUPPORT ANALYST U142 - SSA
THE ROLE: " Senior level position " Technical support services for one or more corporate applications " COTS and ASP applications support " Track issues and address/coordinate related activities in the Corporate HelpDesk System " Analyze application problems and engaged multiple resources to implement solutions with minimal assistance " Action in a local and regional leadership capacity providing professional guidance and mentoring to members of the local support team
REQUIREMENTS:
" Interest in working with business users, application developers, regional operations and vendors " Solid communication skills including verbal and written fluency in English is a must " Strong customer service attitude " Experience in Lotus Notes, Relational Database, Web Applications and System Administration helpful " Strong problem solving skills " Flexibility and the ability to work in fast paced environment with sometimes short and changing deadlines " Ability to handle/manage multiple priorities " Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills " 4 years experience in a support related professional work environment
