The principal minimal requirements for such candidates are as follows:
being a Ukrainian national,
having a law degree of a specialist or a master of law from a reputable Ukrainian law school,
professional fluency in both Ukrainian and English
superb analytical and research skills
minimum 3 years of professional experience with a law/consulting firm
a professional qualification (admission to the bar) in Ukraine
a foreign (preferably US) LL.M is a plus
professional fluency in yet another foreign language (e.g. German) is a plus.
