LUXOFT Company (IBS group of companies) opens Project Manager position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer
Responsibilities:
• Understanding the needs in complex automation and dispatching systems of electricity distribution.
• Manage a team of 5-7 software engineers of varying skill levels
• Communicate daily with customer’s representatives to understand customer’s business needs, make resource planning for several projects.
• Become the key liaison with customer to precise project’s scope, requirements and schedule.
• Elaborate estimations, proposals
• Day-by-day project monitoring and control. Provide regular project’s reporting
• Managing distributed teams
• Proactively recommend process, tool, and development methodology improvements.
Actively mentor software engineers to help them progress in their careers
Requirements:
1. General PM experience
2. Ability to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse and changing environment to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
3. Strong leadership with ability to motivate engineers.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to translate highly complex technical issues to non-technical audience
5. Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development
6. Readiness for business trips to the US (about 1-2 weeks long each, several trips per year)

Responsibilities:
- Контроль качества програмного кода и стандартов разработки распределенной командой разработчиков прикладных системных компонентов на основании бизнес-требований и функциональных требований к системе. Создание и внедрение предложений по улучшению процесса и стандартов разработки, взаимодействие по этому поводу с представителями заказчика, консультационная помощь членам команды разработчиков.
- Контроль технического дизайна на создаваемые компоненты, создание и внедрение предложений по улучшению дизайна и архитектуры системы.
- Участие в деплойментах системы в производственную эксплуатацию соаместно с обслуживающей организацией (IBM), создание и внедрение предложений по улучшению процесса деплоймента.
В перспективе – управление одной из групп в распределенной команде разработчиков.

Responsibilities:
• Implement application level test plans and approaches,
• Perform manual and automated testing, application and environmental testing, business and risk-oriented testing, system tests
• Design test cases to cover requirements within test strategy
• Design test data
• Participate in automation test design, development and performing
• Work closely with offshore development team and customer QA team
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of industry QA standards and best practice.
2. Experience in executing test strategies, test plans, test cases and test data development
3.Knowledge and practical experience of test stages and types (unit, component, system, integration, functional, business and operations acceptance)
4.Experience manual/exploratory testing, working with different bug-tracking tolls is a big plus
5.Experience in test data creation (SQL) is a big plus
Additional skills:
1. Experience working within an Agile Development model with short, frequent release cycles
2. Experience with automated test tools and scripting languages will be a big plus

1. Perform manual functional testing
2. Performance/Load testing
3. Write scripts for automated tests
4. Write manual test cases
5. Ensure the quality of the released versions of application
6. Work closely with developers, analysts PM to ensure that we are delivering the best possible product to our customers
7. Report bugs in bug-tracking system
Requirements:
1. Strong technical and analytical skills
2. Ability to create testing and supplement documentation:

3. Understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
