We are looking for a highly qualified candidate to for a position of a full-time and part-time clinical trial monitor in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. This position presumes primarily responsibilities of monitoring (pre-study, initiation, routine, and close-out visits) of investigator sites for the compliance to the study protocol, ICH GCP, client SOPs and applicable local regulations. Up to 50% travel is anticipated. The responsibilities will also include recruit investigators for participation in the clinical trails, negotiate study budgets, obtain, review for appropriateness, and process regulatory and administrative documents from the investigator sites.
At least, medical degree (MD) or PhD degree in life science is required. Experience as a CRA, Principal Investigator, Sub-Investigator or Study Coordinator for at least one year is a must. The candidate should be highly motivated, responsible, willing to travel on an as needed basis and have advanced level of written and spoken English.

The position of Clinical Department Assistant provides support to a project team including maintenance of documentation; document tracking and information retrieval Assists with general administrative functions as required. Maintains and manages data entry into designated tracking systems in accordance with project requirements, including collection of information from designated team members. May be assigned primary responsibility for preparation and management of documentation and reports. Serve as a central contact for communications/correspondence and associated documentation. May be responsible for collection of regulatory documents required for the project start up. Assists with and/or coordinates distribution of the Projects’ Supplies. Assists with and/or coordinate management of project’s data flow. Master degree (in foreign language, chemistry, biology, other) is preferred. Must be able to demonstrate effective time-management skills by prioritizing workload. Good interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication, the ability to work within a team setting are also required. Must be flexible and results orientated. Must also possess the ability to pro-actively identify and solve problems. Should have a well-organized working style. Fluent English is required.
