THE ROLE: " Entry level position " Technical support services for one or more corporate applications " COTS and ASP applications support " Track issues and address/coordinate related activities in the Corporate HelpDesk System " Analyze application problems and engaged multiple resources to implement solutions with minimal assistance " Action in a local and regional leadership capacity providing professional guidance and mentoring to members of the local support team
REQUIREMENTS:
" Interest in working with business users, application developers, regional operations and vendors " Solid communication skills including verbal and written fluency in English is a must " Strong customer service attitude " Experience in Lotus Notes, Relational Database, Web Applications and System Administration helpful " Strong problem solving skills " Flexibility and the ability to work in fast paced environment with sometimes short and changing deadlines " Ability to handle/manage multiple priorities " Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills " 1-3 years experience in a support related professional work environment

Position: SENIOR MANAGER IS U142 - MIS
THE ROLE:
• Provide high-level expertise for a software application or strategic initiative of value. Act as primary contact point for at least one major application, with responsibility for the maintenance, monitoring and support of the area. • Provide work direction, task prioritization, supervision, assistance and career skill development to assigned staff. • Work with staff to set appropriate goals and objectives. Develop and deliver staff in a timely manner. • Manage IS project teams and consultants on major initiatives. • Participate in the creation of strategic system plans and roadmaps for system acquisition and development. Work with business to understand their needs and priorities. Align team workload and projects. • Work with other teams in IS to optimize system performance and integration. • Assist with continuous improvement of IS and IS Global IT standards for application development.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years experience in system development within a regulated industry environment of which 2+ years were in a principal or project lead role. • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and best practices of system development. • Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated team leadership ability. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • BS/MS/MBA/PhD or equivalent.
