Create project plans/schedules; task/issue lists, action items, status reports as well as adhere to internal project methodologies;
Identify and resolve project issues and risks, including tracking, escalation and mitigation;
Manage, integrate and balance resource/schedule requirements within the project and between this project and other projects at the company where required;
Report project progress to senior management, identifying issues and offering resolutions;
Supervise performance and professional development for technical members of the teams;
Resolve critical issues and technical problems, which require involvement in product design and requirements analysis, as well as implementation and testing phases.
Provided technical direction for the development & support of applications with considerable complexity.
Experience in a regulated industry, preferably in a CRO, pharmaceutical, Biotech or medical company.
Demonstrated understanding of the software development process with specific experience in systems analysis, design and/or development.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Proven ability to provide team leadership within a globally distributed, international environment with cultural differences, various backgrounds and skills
Salary is white from $1800 to $2200 on-hand
